Note on Planned Brokerage Activity

Capital Desk is currently in a preparatory phase (trade registration pending). At this stage, no trading accounts are brokered and no compensation is accepted from brokers. Interested parties may join the waitlist on a non-binding basis. Once the trade license has been obtained, this section will transparently disclose which broker partners Capital Desk cooperates with, including registration as a tied agent (vertraglich gebundener Vermittler) pursuant to WAG 2018 or a concession/notification with the FMA, where required.
